• Items will be reserved for only 24 hour.
  

• TheGorgeousLook reserves the rights to cancel your order if payment is not made within 24 hours.

• All items sold are brand new/imported.

• All prices are exclusive of postage fees. Please add postage price for your item when you make payment. We do not do reservations, meet-ups and trades.
  

• Items may not be exactly the same from the image due to lighting and angle.

• Items once sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• TheGorgeousLook will check in detail before sending out the items.

• If defects were to be found, items can be exchanged for another of similar or higher value with a suitable top up in difference.

• Exchange of item will be working on case by case basis thus valid reason will be required. (eg. stain or defect. Strictly non-exchange if the reason given is "Items dont suit me.")
  

• Items for exchange must not be damaged, worned, washed or altered.

• Refund can only be done if the item is OOS.
  

• Postage will be waived when mailing exchange items.

• Sales item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  

• TheGorgeousLook will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged mail should you not opt for Registered postage. Hence, we strongly encourage customer to opt for Registered Postage.

• In the event, if parcel is sent through Normal postage instead Registered postage. Thegorgeouslook will refund the extra $2.25 to customer.

• Items will be mailed out within 2 working days.
  

• Concealed cash will not be accepted. If insist, we will not be responsible if it goes missing.
